The Indian in the Cupboard Response Assignment

This week we finished reading The Indian in the Cupboard. Today we asked ourselves the following questions:

• How would the story have been different if the main characters were girls and not boys? 
• Would they story have begun the same? 
• Would they have faced the same problems? 
• Would the story have ended the same? 

Students were given five panels to sketch their version. Each panel should include a caption box and a speech bubble for each character.
